What if nothing turns up near me? If nothing turns up inside your radius in a week, we'll say so and refund you rather than send empty emails.

Thirty days to change your mind. Write to hello@chasedirt.com inside 30 days of paying and the money goes back in full. Refunds are issued by hand from the payment dashboard, so allow a few days — there is no form, no phone call and no retention script.

What happens when the year is up? It renews at the same $99. Nothing to do and nothing to remember — that price is locked for as long as you keep the subscription, whatever we charge new customers later.
