Chasedirt sends contractors a daily email of public construction bid notices. This page says exactly what we hold and who else sees it. It is short because we collect very little.
We do not ask for, and never see, your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own checkout page.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, we do not run advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not profile you.
There is one cookie, and it exists for one reason: to tell a shared link apart from a busy business. When you open your private page we set a cookie holding a random number — no name, no email, nothing about you. Each time a page is opened we record that number, the time, and a scrambled version of the network address and browser name. Scrambled, so that we can count how many different devices are reading without being able to tell who anyone is or where they are.
That is what lets us say "this link is being opened from more devices than one business uses" instead of guessing. It is not advertising, not analytics, not shared with anyone, and there is no third-party script on this site at all. The count is kept while your subscription is active.
If you block or clear cookies, everything still works — you may simply look like a new device to us. (The Stripe checkout page is on Stripe's own domain and follows Stripe's own privacy policy.)
Every email carries a link that stops it: one click on our own page, no login, and the next list is not sent. Cancelling a paid subscription is the same click. Write to hello@chasedirt.com and we will also delete your address, your trade, your travel distance and the record of your page being opened from our records entirely — you don't need a reason.
